You will play a direct role in maintaining the company’s healthy cash flow by managing client accounts, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring timely payments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in the VisMin region in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and initiate collection activities for overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and client disputes.
  • Maintain detailed records of payments, adjustments, and outstanding balances.
  • Generate weekly and monthly aging reports for management review.
  • Follow up with clients via phone and email regarding pending payments.
  • Reconcile daily collections against bank deposits and ledger entries.
  • Ensure all billing procedures comply with company policies and tax regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or credit and collection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Excel for data management).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict monthly collection targets.
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
