Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily billing processes and ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and invoices.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring payment status and aging reports.
- Conduct field collection visits to client sites to ensure timely remittance of payments.
- Maintain a company-provided motorcycle in good working condition for field operations.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Prepare weekly collection reports and documentation for management review.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing company credit policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, collections, or a related accounting role.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with motorcycle restriction.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while in the field.
- Residing in or willing to work in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
