Tanggung Jawab
- Process and issue accurate billing invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable status and follow up on overdue payments effectively.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment schedules and outstanding balances.
- Assist the Finance team with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Philippine tax laws and invoicing procedures.
