Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
- Oversee accounts receivable activities to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies through detailed account reconciliation
- Develop and execute collection strategies for overdue accounts while maintaining customer relationships
- Prepare regular reports on billing performance, collection metrics, and aging reports
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and contract compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce DSO
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive collection conversations
- Proven ability to meet collection targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
