You will work closely with our Data and File Junior Officer to streamline documentation, maintain organized filing systems, and support various departments with critical data retrieval. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Data and File Junior Officer in the daily encoding, processing, and verification of billing data.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies in billing records.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect, validate, and process necessary supporting documentation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports related to billing cycles and data management tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company data privacy policies and administrative protocols at all times.
  • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects within the data and file management department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, billing, or data encoding roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot numerical or clerical errors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
