You will act as a primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, facilitating clear communication and ensuring timely financial settlements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to tenants and property owners in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and conduct proactive follow-ups for outstanding balances.
  • Reconcile billing statements and resolve payment discrepancies or inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions and payment histories.
  • Provide essential support during internal and external audits by organizing financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with property management teams to ensure billing data is current and accurate.
  • Generate regular financial reports and summaries for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
