Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify billing information and resolve any discrepancies with clients or internal teams
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and communications
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure billing procedures align with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
- Respond to billing inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of billing processes and financial regulations
