Tanggung Jawab
- Check and validate Sales Orders (SO) to ensure accuracy before processing
- Prepare accurate and timely Sales Invoices (SI) for all transactions
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries related to invoices
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing processes
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and billing procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies
