Join 2GO Group's finance team as a Billing Associate and become a vital part of our logistics operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and issue accurate invoices to customers in compliance with company policies and timelines
- Manage customer account details and update payment information as required
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and initiate follow-ups for overdue payments
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies through cross-departmental collaboration
- Prepare monthly billing summaries and reports for financial analysis
- Maintain organized billing documentation and ensure audit compliance
- Process credit applications and manage customer credit limits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar financial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and billing cycles
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
