- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Process and reconcile customer payments against outstanding invoices
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing-related inquiries
- Prepare regular billing reports and analysis for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of billing processes and financial regulations
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
