Tanggung Jawab
- Issue accurate tax invoices to local and export customers while ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Verify sales orders for precision in quantity, item specifications, and pricing accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable processes and coordinate payment collections with TPM partners
- Maintain comprehensive billing documentation and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with TPM teams to resolve billing-related issues and process vendor payments
- Support month-end closing activities by providing billing transaction reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce errors
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of tax regulations and export billing procedures
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
