Subic GS Auto Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Tondo, Metro Manila. We are a premier automotive dealership committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Due to our continued growth, we are urgently hiring for this full-time position, offering a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, along with a competitive compensation package.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and prepare accurate invoices for automotive parts, services, and accessories sold to customers.
- Reconcile daily sales receipts and verify billing data to ensure consistency in financial records.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments with customers.
- Review all billing statements and documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all billing documents and contracts.
- Assist the senior accounting team with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines effectively.
