Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including the preparation and issuance of accurate invoices to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and track outstanding payments systematically.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients via phone and email to ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare detailed aging reports and provide updates to management regarding collection status.
- Resolve billing disputes and address client inquiries regarding invoices promptly.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all financial records are balanced and complete.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or credit control roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics when handling financial information.
