Polystar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Head to lead our billing department and ensure the efficient processing of all financial transactions. As the Billing Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire billing cycle, from invoice generation to collections, while managing a team of billing professionals.

- Oversee all billing operations, including invoice generation, processing, and distribution
- Manage and lead the billing department, including staff training, performance evaluation, and development
- Implement and maintain efficient billing processes and systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor accounts receivable and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash flow
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and accounting, to ensure seamless billing processes
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance management
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, accounting principles, and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in financial data handling
