Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee accuracy and timely submission of billing reports for external service providers
- Verify billing details against service contracts and delivery documentation
- Resolve billing discrepancies through systematic investigation and provider communication
- Maintain comprehensive billing records and documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with procurement and HR departments to validate service hours and rates
- Prepare monthly billing summaries for finance department review
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and billing standards
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Experience in food industry or manufacturing preferred
