Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, verification, and distribution
- Oversee accounts payable operations including vendor invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries with proactive communication
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and ERP systems
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting requirements
- Analyze billing data to identify process improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing or accounts payable roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven problem-solving abilities with stakeholder management experience
