Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately receive, encode, and process customer orders and billing information
- Generate and issue invoices to clients in compliance with company policies
- Prepare and distribute receipts for goods scheduled for delivery
- Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to align billing with delivery schedules
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing statements
- Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure data integrity across billing systems and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
