Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage customer invoices accurately within established deadlines
- Verify billing data against contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor payment collection and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing-related customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing documentation and digital records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and billing practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
