- Generate and distribute accurate invoices to clients within established timelines
- Review billing data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliations through proactive investigation
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain updated billing records and documentation in ERP systems
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist with financial audits
- Identify process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
