- Generate timely and accurate billing statements for diagnostic services rendered
- Review and verify patient information and insurance details for correct billing
- Process insurance claims and follow up on reimbursements
- Maintain organized and updated billing records and documentation
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure proper coding of services
- Prepare regular billing reports for management review
- Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and insurance claim procedures
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
