- Process and submit accurate healthcare claims to insurance providers
- Verify patient eligibility and coverage details before billing
- Resolve billing discrepancies through systematic research and documentation
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure charge accuracy
- Manage patient payment plans and financial counseling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding systems
- Certification in Medical Billing (CPC or similar) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during midshift hours (4 PM - 1 AM)
