We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Billing Specialist to join our Middle Mile Operations (SPX Express) team based in Singapore. In this critical role, you will ensure the financial integrity of our transportation costs by managing the end-to-end billing process. You will work across multiple carriers and internal teams to reconcile data, resolve issues, and drive efficiency in our billing operations.

As our Billing Specialist, you will be the financial guardian of this complex network. You will not just process invoices; you will partner with our operations and finance teams to ensure every dollar spent on transportation is accounted for and optimized. Your sharp eye for detail will prevent revenue leakage, and your analytical insights will directly inform strategic decisions on route planning and carrier partnerships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete billing lifecycle for Middle Mile logistics, including invoice receipt, verification, and approval.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations between carrier invoices, internal shipment data, and contract rates to ensure financial accuracy.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze billing trends and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare and present regular billing reports and dashboards to operations and finance leadership.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals and journal entries related to logistics costs.
- Collaborate with the system and operations teams to enhance billing systems and automate manual processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or financial operations, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas) is required; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a strong advantage.
