Tanggung Jawab
- Execute accurate order entry and transaction processing for SaaS customers
- Manage complete billing lifecycle from order generation to final payment reconciliation
- Generate, distribute, and track invoices while ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Maintain meticulous billing records and documentation for audits
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to align billing with service delivery
- Support month-end closing procedures and revenue recognition processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or order processing roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills for resolving customer billing inquiries
- Knowledge of SaaS billing models and revenue recognition principles
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
