- Process and manage client invoices for international freight forwarding services
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Maintain detailed billing records and financial documentation
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Prepare monthly billing reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 30 years
- 1-2 years of billing experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of international trade documentation is preferred
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
