Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform comprehensive clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and model integrity.
- Maintain and update BIM documentation, including project execution plans and technical reports.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to track progress and address site-related issues.
- Extract quantities and data from models to assist the project team with cost estimation and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with international BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Construction.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software suites.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and project workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between multi-disciplinary teams.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
