Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate BIM model integration across structural, architectural, and M&E disciplines.
- Conduct regular clash detection analysis and provide actionable reports to project stakeholders.
- Support the project management team in producing high-quality construction documentation and shop drawings.
- Ensure project BIM deliverables comply with Singapore's BCA submission standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.
- Maintain and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and training to site teams regarding BIM software and model usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Possess a Specialist Diploma in BIM or DDM Tier 2 certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory standards (BCA) and construction workflows.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
