People Profilers is delighted to partner with a premier A1 Main Contractor to recruit a highly skilled BIM Coordinator for a critical LTA infrastructure project in Singapore's Central Region. In the role of BIM Coordinator, you will take ownership of the project's Building Information Modelling (BIM) framework. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed 3D models, ensuring all disciplines are seamlessly integrated. Your daily tasks will involve conducting clash detection analyses, facilitating coordination meetings, and ensuring all outputs comply with the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and stringent LTA regulations.
We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses strong technical skills in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks, but also has the leadership qualities to drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Experience with A1 Main Contractors and LTA projects is highly valued, as is a Specialist Diploma in BIM or DDM Tier 2.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows in alignment with LTA requirements.
- Produce and manage 3D BIM models for civil, structural, and architectural disciplines using Revit and Civil 3D.
- Conduct regular clash detection analyses using Navisworks and facilitate resolution sessions with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage model federation, ensuring all discipline models are integrated accurately and efficiently.
- Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from federated models.
- Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project team members on BIM tools and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Specialist Diploma in BIM or DDM Tier 2 certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience with a main contractor.
- Proven track record working on LTA / infrastructure projects is a distinct advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks Manage.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM standards, CORENET, and e-submission processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead coordination meetings effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight project deadlines.
