Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the BIM process from concept to construction documentation, ensuring model integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for various engineering disciplines.
- Coordinate MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
- Create and update construction schedules and BIM models to reflect design changes and constructability reviews.
- Review technical drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of disciplines.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans (BEP) and coordinate model sharing workflows with external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in BIM coordination and MEP drafting within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Mechanical) and AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and industry drawing conventions.
- Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, building geometry, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
