TigerUX is seeking a highly skilled Biosecurity Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of animal health and safety. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive biosecurity protocols to prevent the introduction and spread of infectious diseases within our facilities.
Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of veterinary science and risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments, enforce strict hygiene standards, and manage emergency response plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive biosecurity plans and policies.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Perform risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities in security protocols.
- Manage animal health records, vaccination schedules, and treatment logs.
- Train and supervise staff on proper biosecurity procedures and emergency response.
- Coordinate with external veterinarians and agricultural experts for health consultations.
- Investigate and report on any signs of disease or pest infestation immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm management or biosecurity.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international animal health regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Familiarity with pest control measures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Proficiency in using MS Office and farm management software.
