Join Xtendops as a Black Belt Process Excellence professional and become a driving force behind operational excellence in our Business Process Outsourcing operations. This fully remote position is ideal for qualified professionals based in Cebu, Central Visayas, who want to apply their Six Sigma expertise to identify, analyze, and optimize critical business processes.
As a Black Belt, you will lead complex process improvement initiatives, applying data-driven methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that align with our strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement across our BPO operations—all from the comfort of your home office in Cebu.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects to drive process improvements
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in BPO operations
- Develop and implement standardized processes to enhance productivity and quality
- Mentor and train Green Belts and process improvement team members
- Create process documentation and visual aids to ensure clarity and consistency
- Measure and report on key performance indicators to track improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of improvement efforts
Kualifikasi
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process excellence, preferably in a BPO environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with process mapping and value stream analysis
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring team members
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar)
