- Manage and maintain the Branch Management System (BMS) for efficient inventory tracking
- Process and monitor sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance and inventory levels
- Handle customer account management and resolve inquiries
- Support warehouse stock control procedures and inventory audits
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams for operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the BMS
- Assist in implementing process improvements for branch operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience with branch management systems or similar software
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
