Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain the Branch Management System (BMS) for daily transactions and data integrity
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and reconcile warehouse discrepancies
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and manage customer account records
- Prepare analytical reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics
- Support warehouse staff through accurate stock control procedures and cycle counts
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order fulfillment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and system security protocols
- Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/IT preferred
- 1-2 years experience in BMS operation, inventory management, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in ERP/branch management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control principles
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
