In this pivotal role, you will drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of BNPL solutions tailored for the European market. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the BNPL product roadmap for the European region, aligning with global business goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key payment partners, acquirers, and financial institutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, launch, and optimize new payment features and user flows.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive product differentiation.
- Ensure full compliance with local EU financial regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., PSD2, GDPR), and internal policies.
- Drive user adoption and optimize conversion rates for payment flows through data-driven experimentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Management, or Fintech within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the European payment landscape, including BNPL, card schemes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully launching financial products or payment solutions at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
