Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain industrial boilers and auxiliary pressure vessels in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor critical parameters such as pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel consumption to ensure optimal boiler performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks on boiler equipment and associated piping systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies regarding pressure vessel operation.
- Document operational logs, maintenance records, and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report mechanical faults or irregularities to the engineering supervisor for resolution.
- Perform cleaning, descaling, and purging activities on boiler systems as required to maintain efficiency and longevity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Boilerman or in a similar industrial plant operation role.
- Valid Boiler Operation Certificate (if applicable) or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of pressure vessel safety, steam generation processes, and plant utilities.
- Ability to work shifts, including night shifts, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data and accessing maintenance schedules.
