Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage end-to-end booking processes, including order entry and coordination with logistics.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to help refine our sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma, Senior High School graduate, or Vocational diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or field operations is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Filipino and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and mobile sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and access to a motorcycle is an advantage.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
