- Proactively identify and contact new business prospects to expand customer base
- Present company products/services effectively to secure bookings and partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team to develop effective sales strategies for market penetration
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Meet monthly booking targets and performance metrics
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or account management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a resident of Davao City or willing to relocate
