In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, engaging with clients and driving business growth through direct field sales interactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing retail clients in the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily roving visits to prospective customers to present product offerings and secure sales bookings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular feedback to the management team.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle/motorcycle in good working condition, utilizing provided maintenance allowances.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns or inquiries promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level in any field.
- Proven experience in field sales, merchandising, or retail operations is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid professional driver’s license with motorcycle restriction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Pampanga area.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and inventory reporting.
