In this roving role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for visiting retail outlets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our products reach the right shelves.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients within the assigned territory.
- Execute daily roving sales routes to ensure optimal product visibility and stock availability.
- Take and process accurate product orders from retail partners in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide valuable feedback to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and distribution targets.
- Ensure that company promotional materials and displays are properly maintained at point-of-sale.
- Resolve client concerns or inquiries professionally to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate.
- Proven experience in sales, field merchandising, or a similar roving role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local Nueva Ecija area and retail landscape is a significant advantage.
- Possess a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to meet physical demands of roving.
- Must be willing to perform field-based work daily.
