Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file necessary tax returns
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Generate financial reports for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
