Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure 100% compliance with government-mandated remittances and local tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure fiscal integrity and identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline expense tracking and documentation.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and year-end audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR compliance, and government remittances.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial closing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
