As our Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our operations. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, ensuring all transactions are compliant with local regulations, and providing support to management through reliable financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Ensure compliance with BIR tax filings and other local government regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare necessary adjusting journal entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to monitor project-based expenses and budget tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure accurate employee compensation processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with a 'pleasing personality' and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving discrepancies.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and company procedures.
