Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and organize financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Process and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a regular basis
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
