Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile financial records including accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and employee expense reports accurately
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and deadlines
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and record maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
