Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledgers
- Process and reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and budget analyses
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and improve accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) is highly desirable
