Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all transactions
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Handle compliance paperwork for permits, renewals, and registrations
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits
- Organize and archive both hardcopy and digital financial documents
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance requirements
- Collaborate with auditors and external financial partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data management capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
