Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards (FRS)
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications
