Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax remittances
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience in hospitality sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Relevant accounting certification (e.g., Brevet A/B)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to meet financial deadlines
