Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for café and bakery operations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly
- Perform bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Monitor inventory costs and reconcile with sales data
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with management team on financial strategy and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in hospitality/food service
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Relevant accounting certification or degree preferred
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) financial integration
