EMAPTA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in managing the financial health of our diverse Commercial Real Estate (CRE) portfolio. You will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to work from the comfort of their home in Metro Manila while contributing to a global operations team. You will ensure smooth end-to-end accounting operations, manage tenant billing, and maintain the integrity of our financial reporting systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions efficiently.
- Handle tenant billing and invoicing processes for the CRE portfolio with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain organized financial records, documentation, and digital filing systems.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Process expense reports and vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or AP/AR Specialist.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
