Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement cost-tracking systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping/financial management experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and BIR regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude
- Experience supporting scaling businesses preferred
